Monthly:$750/month

Up to 100 handled German support tickets · $8 per additional ticket · month to month

  • German email queue coverage inside agreed coverage windows
  • Routine commerce actions within your written rules

Unused monthly ticket capacity does not roll over.

A handled ticket is one customer conversation requiring a substantive German reply. Routine follow-up on the same issue is included. Cases requiring extended investigation or decisions outside the client's written policies are paused and escalated.

Coverage, not a timesheet.

You are buying German queue coverage and completed support work, not exclusive blocks of my day. German Inbox is a non-exclusive managed service, and I may cover multiple client queues inside their separately agreed coverage windows.

Your monthly price is tied to the agreed scope and ticket capacity. It does not increase because I become faster at doing the work properly.

Why the pilot is paid

A free trial attracts people who were never going to buy, and it turns real work into an audition. Paying $375 means we're both treating this as work, and two weeks on your actual queue tells you far more than any call would.

If it isn't working after the pilot, you stop. Nothing is owed and no notice is required.

What happens after the pilot

I send the report. If you want to continue, monthly coverage starts only after we agree on the scope, coverage window, overage limit, and start date in writing.

Or you take the corrected templates and report and stop. They are yours either way.

What I need from you to start

If you can't supply refund limits and escalation contacts, that's worth knowing before we start. Without them I'd be inventing your policy, which is exactly what you're paying me not to do.

What I don't take on

Medical, healthcare, supplements or health claims. Financial services, insurance, lending, investment. Legal services. Gambling. Crisis support. Also: phone-only support, mandatory live chat, and 24/7 coverage.

Not because those aren't real businesses, but because I can't do them properly on this model, and half-doing customer support is worse than not doing it.

Start with the two weeks.
