Questions and answers

Questions, answered.

Straight answers about the free German support check, the paid pilot, pricing, ticket limits, helpdesk access, and how the service works.

What is German Inbox?

German Inbox is a managed native German email support service for United States and United Kingdom e-commerce brands selling to customers in Germany. Every German customer reply is written personally by Sascha Welteroth inside the client’s existing helpdesk.

What is the free German support check?

Send your work email and store URL through the short form. Sascha reviews one public German support page and emails you personally with what he notices. There is no charge, no sales call, and no commitment. Do not send customer data, passwords, order information, or private support tickets.

Is German Inbox an artificial intelligence customer support service?

No. Customer replies are not machine-translated or generated by artificial intelligence. Sascha writes them personally, using the client’s brand voice, written policies, and escalation rules.

Who is German Inbox for?

German Inbox is for United States and United Kingdom e-commerce brands already selling into Germany that need dependable German email support without hiring a full-time German employee. It is not designed for phone-only support, mandatory live chat, or 24/7 coverage.

What does the 14-day paid pilot include?

The $375 pilot runs for 14 days and includes up to 50 handled German support tickets, a review of existing German support material and German storefront pages, corrected or newly written templates for common cases, and a short written report.

What happens after the pilot?

If both sides want to continue, monthly coverage costs $750 for up to 100 handled tickets. Additional tickets cost $8 each. Service is month to month and begins only after the scope, coverage windows, overage limit, and start date are agreed in writing.

What counts as a handled ticket?

A handled ticket is one customer conversation that requires a substantive German reply. Routine follow-up on the same issue is included. Cases requiring extended investigation or decisions outside the client’s written policies are paused and escalated.

Do unused monthly tickets roll over?

No. Unused monthly ticket capacity does not roll over.

Does German Inbox replace my current helpdesk?

No. German Inbox works inside the client’s existing helpdesk after access is granted. The client keeps its current tools, customer data, written policies, and approval structure.

Can German Inbox issue refunds or change orders?

Only when those actions are included in the agreed scope and allowed by the client’s written rules and authorization limits. Anything outside those limits is escalated instead of guessed.

What hours does German Inbox cover?

Coverage windows and response expectations are agreed before the pilot starts. Sascha works from Mountain Time, which creates natural overlap with German evening hours.

Do I need a sales call?

No. The process can remain entirely email-based. Start with the free German support check, then decide whether the paid pilot makes sense.

Which businesses does German Inbox not serve?

German Inbox does not take on medical, healthcare, supplements or health claims, financial services, insurance, lending, investments, legal services, gambling, or crisis support.

Where is German Inbox based?

German Inbox is operated from Utah, United States, by Sascha Welteroth, a native German speaker. The service is provided under the German Inbox brand.
