German Inbox provides information about a business-to-business German-language customer-support service for English-speaking e-commerce brands.

The website is intended for businesses and professional users. It is not a consumer customer-support service.

Visiting this website, sending an inquiry, or clicking an email link does not automatically create a client relationship, reserve availability, or require either side to proceed.

Work begins only after both sides confirm the scope, access, policies, limits, price, payment terms, and start date in writing.

Prices and service limits shown on the website describe the current standard offer.

A final scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Availability is not guaranteed until a start date has been accepted by both sides.

German Inbox may update future pricing or service details. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted written agreement.

A client is responsible for providing accurate policies, authorization limits, escalation contacts, and approved business information.

German Inbox does not invent shipping dates, refund rules, warranties, legal terms, or customer promises when the client’s written policies do not provide an answer.

Unclear or out-of-scope cases are paused and escalated.

German Inbox provides customer-support work and native-language judgment. It does not provide legal advice or replace review by a qualified lawyer.

References to consumer rights, withdrawal rights, returns, or other legal subjects are included for general informational purposes. Legal notices and policies remain the client’s responsibility.

The German Fix Gallery contains short examples found on publicly accessible websites and is presented for commentary, criticism, education, and demonstration of language judgment.

Company names are withheld from the public page. Appearance in the gallery does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or a client relationship.
