Purpose of this website
GermanInbox provides information about business-to-business German website improvement, customer support and abandoned-cart recovery for English-speaking ecommerce teams.
The website is intended for businesses and professional users. It is not a consumer customer-support service.
No service relationship created by visiting
Visiting this website, sending an inquiry, or clicking an email link does not automatically create a client relationship, reserve availability, or require either side to proceed.
Work begins only after both sides confirm the scope, access, policies, limits, price, payment terms, and start date in writing.
Website pricing and availability
Prices and service limits shown on the website describe the current standard offer.
A final scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Availability is not guaranteed until a start date has been accepted by both sides.
German Inbox may update future pricing or service details. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted written agreement.
Client responsibilities
A client is responsible for providing accurate policies, authorization limits, escalation contacts, and approved business information.
German Inbox does not invent shipping dates, refund rules, warranties, legal terms, or customer promises when the client’s written policies do not provide an answer.
Unclear or out-of-scope cases are paused and escalated.
Not legal advice
GermanInbox works from client-approved facts and policies. It does not provide legal advice or replace review by a qualified lawyer.
References to consumer rights, withdrawal rights, returns, or other legal subjects are included for general informational purposes. Legal notices and policies remain the client’s responsibility.
Fictional example
The example page contains fictional, AI-assisted demonstrations using invented policies and text. These examples are not client work, endorsements, or evidence of business results.
