Information I collect

When you submit the contact form, GermanInbox collects your work email address, public store URL, service interest, optional message and submission time to assess fit and respond. Inquiry information is not sold or added to a marketing list.

When the form is enabled, Cloudflare processes the request and spam-protection check, and Resend delivers an inquiry notification to GermanInbox’s Google Workspace mailbox. This website does not maintain a separate contact-leads database.

When you contact GermanInbox by email, I may receive your name, email address, company name, public store URL, approved policy facts and anything else you choose to include.

Please do not send passwords, payment information, full customer records or unredacted support tickets in an initial inquiry.

The website’s hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps and security logs.

Client-data access for support or recovery requires a separately agreed, approved setup, written service agreement and documented instructions. An inquiry does not authorize access to customer records or contact with shoppers.

How I use information

I use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries
• Review whether German Inbox is suitable for your business
• Assess and administer agreed German website, support or recovery services
• Communicate about scope, approved facts, policies, payments, and service delivery
• Maintain security and prevent misuse

I do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for behavioral advertising.

I do not provide personal information to data brokers.

International processing

German Inbox operates from the United States. Information sent from another country may therefore be processed in the United States or in other locations used by relevant service providers.

Where required, international transfers are handled through applicable provider safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Client records are retained according to the written service agreement and applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practical.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Request restriction of processing
• Object to certain processing

German Inbox does not intentionally install advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers.

The hosting platform may use essential technical storage or server logs required to deliver, secure, and diagnose the website.

When the contact form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. No advertising or analytics scripts are included in this replacement website.

Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites or email services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Children

German Inbox is a business-to-business service and is not directed toward children.
