This website does not contain an inquiry form or customer account system.

When you contact German Inbox by email, I may receive your name, email address, company name, store URL, current helpdesk, approximate German ticket volume, and anything else you choose to include in your message.

Please do not send passwords, payment information, full customer records, or unredacted support tickets in an initial inquiry.

The website’s hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.

If you become a client, additional information may be processed inside the helpdesk, marketplace, or commerce systems you authorize. That work is governed by a separate written service agreement and your instructions.

I use personal information to:

• Review whether German Inbox is suitable for your business
• Prepare and administer a pilot or ongoing service
• Communicate about scope, policies, access, payments, and support work
• Maintain security and prevent misuse

I do not provide personal information to data brokers.

German Inbox operates from the United States. Information sent from another country may therefore be processed in the United States or in other locations used by relevant service providers.

Where required, international transfers are handled through applicable provider safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Inquiry emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Client records are retained according to the written service agreement and applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practical.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
